• Provide branch with recommendations for service and process improvements
• Regular reviews and termination of non-revival accounts as needed
• SPOC for Branch Renewals and ensure timely CCM/SQS/SQA
• Coordinate between customers and operations to drive renewal and new sales
• Lead generation and reduction of outstanding balances

About the Role:

• Customer Development Executive is responsible for client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling and Compliant Management related to the commercial clients.
• The Incumbent works as part of a multi-functional team. This involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Focus on client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling
• Compliant Management- To identify & resolve customer complaints within the specific timelines
• Alert Account Management- To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accounts
• To provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for the improvement
• Conduct regular reviews & terminate the non-revival accounts
• SPOC for Branch Renewals
• Total concentration on Renewal business only
• Sole Responsible
• On-time CCM/SQS/SQA
• Timely Terminations
• Coordination between Customers & Operations
• Increase in Branch New Sales as Branch CSEs can focus only on New sales
