• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) as it is a Frontend Process where team members would interact directly with member.
• Good typing skills of minimum 30 wpm with a minimum accuracy of 90%, SVAR SCORE to a minimum of 60
• Preferably from English Medium Education background
• Good English Comprehension Skills
• Good Analytical and Multitasking Skills
• Basic computer knowledge required but should be proficient in keyboard typing skills.
• Good knowledge of Business Writing Skills required.
• Customer Service Oriented attitude with focus on soft skills
• Should not be enrolled in any Full Time Educational Course
• Comfortable with only WFO
• Comfortable with only Night Shifts or as per Business Requirements
• Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
• Outstation candidates & out of transport boundary candidates need to relocate within the Wipro Transport Boundary area
