As an English/Social Science or Science/Maths Curriculum Developer at Kidzonia, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of children by collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, and revise instructional materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning objectives and outcomes.
• Designing, developing, and revising instructional materials such as lesson plans, assessments, activities, and multimedia content.
• Creating engaging and interactive learning materials for various formats.
• Incorporating diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
• Staying updated with current educational trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Reviewing and evaluating existing educational content for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Working closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and multimedia specialists to enhance content delivery.
• Developing formative and summative assessments to measure learner progress.
• Providing training and support to instructors, teachers, and facilitators.
• Maintaining detailed records of curriculum development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's degrees are a plus).
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories, pedagogical methods, Abacus knowledge, and educational technologies.
• Proficiency in educational software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
