Responsibilities

• Acquisition of savings accounts in the identified segment and reference generation from the catchment area.
• High-quality customer acquisition in terms of constitution, product and segment mix.
• On-boarding and activating customers on digital platforms.
• Assist Senior Sales Manager in catchment mapping and branch scoping.
• Provide regular feedback to Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager on customer requirements and opportunities.
• Adhere to sales compliance and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance on internal and external guidelines and regulations.
• Regularly conduct outreach in the catchment to acquire HNI customers and build visibility for IDFC FirstBank.
• Work on central initiatives and seek referrals from existing customers.
• Collaborate with team members and support functions to offer products and services to customers.

Job Purpose:

Role entails acquiring new customers for thebank'ssavings accounts. The role involves identifying potential customers, contacting them through various channels, explaining the benefits and features of the savings products, and closing thesales. Also to ensures that the customers are satisfied with thebank's services and maintains a long-term relationship with them.
