Job summary

ACURA SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking an Assistant Manager CASA (Current Account Acquisition) to drive new account openings in Vadodara. The role focuses on acquiring current account customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation while promoting banking products and delivering excellent customer service.

You will build lasting customer relationships, ensure accurate documentation and KYC, and meet monthly acquisition targets in collaboration with the branch team.

Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2 years
• Preferred Background: Banking Sales, CASA Sales, BFSI, Insurance Sales, or Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current Account customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.
• Identify potential customers within the assigned area and convert them into bank customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Help customers register and use digital banking channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive banking experience.
• Achieve monthly targets for customer acquisition and account opening.
• Support the Sales Manager in market mapping and identifying business opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the branch team.
• Follow the bank's policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
