The MakeMyTrip Foundation is the philanthropic and CSR arm of MakeMyTrip, Indias leading travel company. We work hand-in-hand with regional NGOs, environmentalists, government bodies, socially conscious hotel partners, and eco-volunteers across the country. Our programmes span afforestation and green cover, sustainable water management, responsible waste disposal, marine and coastal ecosystem preservation, community-based tourism, sustainable livelihoods, education, and disaster relief and rehabilitation.
We are looking for a Deputy Manager, CSR to lead the execution, monitoring, and reporting of our CSR and community development initiatives. This role will act as the key connector between the office and the field, working closely with implementation partners, visiting project sites regularly, and ensuring programmes are delivered with quality, transparency, and measurable impact.
This is a role for someone who can independently manage projects, strengthen partner relationships, monitor progress against outcomes, and present clear insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing on-ground execution with structured reporting and stakeholder management.
