Bellowell is seeking a CSR Manager to drive its Comprehensive School Health Program in Himachal Pradesh. The role focuses on identifying and securing CSR funding, building and maintaining donor relationships, and ensuring alignment between partner goals and Bellowell's mission to improve health and education in government schools.

Ideal candidates will have strong proposal writing and communication skills, knowledge of CSR laws, and willingness to travel across Himachal Pradesh for partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and manage donor relationships.
• Knowledge of CSR laws, compliance, and reporting structures.
• Willingness to travel across Himachal Pradesh for partner meetings and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CSR strategies that align with Bellowell's goals and corporate partner priorities
• Prepare customized proposals and presentations for potential CSR donors
• Maintain regular communication and relationship-building with corporate partners
• Monitor project implementation and prepare timely impact reports and documentation
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of CSR-supported activities
• Represent Bellowell in CSR meetings, events, and platforms
