Essential Qualifications

• Graduate in Natural, Agricultural, or Pharmaceutical Sciences (MVSc/Animal Sciences) OR Graduate in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine from a recognized university.
• Either 3 years’ experience in R&D in industrial and academic institutions, science and technology organizations, and scientific activities and services; or 2 years’ experience with a Masters/Integrated Masters in Engineering/Technology from a recognized university; or Doctoral Degree in Science/Pharma/MD/MS from a recognized university or equivalent, plus 2 years’ experience in R&D.

Desirable

• Research experience in microbiology and mycology, including metagenomics, whole genome sequence analysis, and bioactive compound isolation and characterization.

Compensation

Monthly Emoluments: Rs 42,000/- + HRA (p.m.).

Age Limit

Upper age limit: 40 years. Relaxation: SC/ST/PwBD/Women – 5 years; OBC – 3 years.
