The role focuses on efficient commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction and on-site service delivery. You will travel to customer sites, provide timely technical support, and drive after-market revenue through AMCs, spare parts, and service-related opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years experience in mechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and troubleshooting of products including Boilers, Pressure Reducing Stations, Temperature Control Valves, Condensate Recovery Systems, Steam Traps, Flow Meters, and Analytical Products.
• Providing prompt technical support and solutions to customer concerns to ensure optimal product performance.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers, with a focus on improving service levels and customer retention.
• Driving after-market revenue by identifying and generating opportunities for AMCs, spare parts, and service-related business.
• Frequent travel to customer sites for hands-on support.

Role Overview:

The member joining this position will work at an experienced level and be part of a team. The role requires an engineer with strong knowledge in steam engineering products and instrumentation systems to handle on-site activities.

Purpose of the Role:

This role is to ensure efficient commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Forbes Marshallrange of products, including steam engineering and control instrumentation solutions. By providing on-site technical expertise, the role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and generating after-market business such as Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and spare part sales. This role supports Forbes Marshallmission of improving process efficiency and energy conservation for its customers.

Eligibility:
