Aufgaben

• Conduct end-to-end internal audits of Trade Finance & Forex division.
• Evaluate transaction compliance with regulatory (FEMA, RBI), International (UCP 600, ISBP), and internal guidelines.
• Audit and assess areas including Letters of Credit (LC), Invoice Discounting, TReDS, Export/Import transactions, inward/outward trade, remittances, bank guarantees, buyers credit, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Overseas Direct Investment (ODI), ECB, SWIFT reconciliations, Vostro Operations, MTSS, and other related areas.
• Review adequacy of controls and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Identify and report control lapses, revenue leakages, and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare observation reports and conclude on findings.
• Prepare and finalize audit reports in coordination with team leader and stakeholders.
• Discuss major audit findings and follow up for closure.
• Ensure timely completion of audits across vertical trade operations units, Category B branches, and retail forex units.
• Maintain audit documentation and update relevant systems/applications.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory data (e.g., RBI data, tranche I and II, etc.).
