Job summary

L T M is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to design and implement analytics solutions, dashboards, and stories that drive actionable insights for business users. You will build datasets, lenses, and recipes and integrate CRM Analytics with external systems to enable scalable data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with SAQL, Salesforce Flows, and security considerations is essential, along with collaboration with stakeholders to deliver robust Sales Cloud and Service Cloud automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM Analytics for Salesforce and dashboards.
• Proficiency with SAQL and recipes for analytic apps.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and UI development.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for analytics and reporting needs
• Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets lenses dashboards and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data driven decision making
• Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements leveraging features such as SAQL Salesforce Analytics Query Language and recipes
• Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources including Salesforce CRM data ERP systems and other third-party applications
• Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions ensuring efficient data processing storage and visualization
• Conduct training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions
• As Salesforce Senior Developer you are responsible for building and further developing the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in terms of automation transparency and security
• Knowledge within Salesforce Flows to improve workflow automation
• Knowledge of Connected Apps and Streaming API
