Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience building enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM Analytics (CRMA), and Data Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production support.
• Focus on scalability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, Batch/Queueable/Scheduled Apex.
• Design and implement CRMA dashboards, datasets, and reporting solutions.
• Implement Data Cloud capabilities, Customer 360 initiatives, and data activation processes.
• Enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities and business process automation.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, OAuth, JWT, and middleware.
• Implement Salesforce security, governance, and data management best practices.
• Support Git, Gearset, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management.
• Provide L2/L3 Production Support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and mentor junior developers.
