Job summary

PlatinumRx is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to own day-to-day CRM across channels. You will build campaigns, write compelling copy, pull numbers and iterate on changes to maximize engagement and revenue.

You will collaborate with design, content and product teams on creatives, landing pages and campaign assets to ensure cohesive messaging across push, WhatsApp, SMS and email.

Qualifications

• 1 year hands-on in CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, Netcore or similar.
• Write copy for push, WhatsApp, SMS, email with a human tone.
• Build and maintain segments, ensure clean campaign naming for reporting.
• Read and explain CTR, CVR, delivery and revenue.
• Ensure accuracy to avoid broken links, wrong segments, or typos.

About the role

Own day-to-day CRM at PlatinumRx. You will run the campaigns that bring customers back for their next refill across push, WhatsApp, SMS, email and in-app. Hands‑on: you build the campaign, write the copy, pull the numbers and decide what changes next.

What you will do

What we are looking for

• Minimum 1 year hands‑on in CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, Netcore or similar. You have built journeys and segments yourself, not briefed someone else to
• Strong short‑form copywriting. Push, WhatsApp and SMS leave very little room
• Solid Google Sheets. Pivots, lookups, IF logic, and a clean performance tracker built without help
• Comfortable with numbers. You can read CTR, CVR, delivery and revenue and explain what happened
• Attention to detail. Broken deep links, wrong segments and typos in a push already sent to lakhs of users are avoidable
• Able to run several campaigns a week without dropping any

Good to have

• E‑pharmacy, healthcare, e‑commerce or any repeat‑purchase business
• Basic SQL or pulling your own data from Metabase, Looker or Redash
• WhatsApp Business API providers like Gupshup, Wati or Interakt, including template submission
