Job summary

Mahindra Finance in India seeks a capable Retail Finance professional to drive branch performance and strong customer service. You will manage ACH activations, audits, daily reporting, and ensure KFS/CSS compliance while pursuing fee-based, investment, and loan targets as part of annual plans.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in Retail Finance/NBFC/BFSI with solid product knowledge, relationship skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in Retail Finance/NBFC/BFSI.
• Experience into LI, GI etc.
• Branch operations, Audit & compliance, Customer relationship management.
• Product knowledge, Communication & interpersonal skills, Customer centricity.
• Result orientation and Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive ACH activation for customers as per defined targets.
• Ensure audit ratings and timely ATR submission in the audit portal.
• Maintain DWM discipline through daily reporting and adherence to standards.
• Handle exceptions related to KFS upload and CSS creation within defined TAT.
• Achieve fee-based business targets (MI, HI, AFC) and investment targets (FD, MF).
• Deliver loan business targets (PAPQ, Suvidha, Wheels Loan) as per annual plans.
• Ensure timely PDD updation (RC, Invoice, Insurance) within SLA.
• Improve QRC resolution within TAT to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely file movement/dispatch to RMC before the 20th of the next month.
• Provide personalized service to customers and resolve queries promptly.
• Support Branch Head in achieving overall branch business and compliance objectives.
