Job summary

Mahindra Finance invites applications for an operations-focused role at our Delhi branch. The candidate will drive ACH activations, ensure audit-ready processes, and maintain DWM discipline with consistent reporting.

They will handle exceptions in KFS upload and CSS creation, while delivering against fee-based, investment, and loan targets. Strong customer relationship skills and product knowledge in finance are essential, along with a proactive approach to compliance and operational standards

Qualifications

• Graduate with finance/BFSI exposure preferred.
• Experience in branch operations and daily cash handling.
• Knowledge of audit and regulatory/compliance practices.
• Strong customer relationship management capabilities.
• Understanding of financial products and services offered.

Responsibilities

• Drive ACH activation for customers against defined targets.
• Maintain audit readiness and timely ATR submissions in the audit portal.
• Uphold DWM discipline with daily reporting and standards adherence.
• Handle KFS upload/CSS creation within defined TAT.
• Achieve fee-based and investment business targets (MI, HI, AFC, FD, MF).
• Deliver loan targets (PAPQ, Suvidha, Wheels Loan) per plan.
• Update PDD (RC, Invoice, Insurance) within SLA; improve QRC resolution.
• Ensure timely file movement/dispatch to RMC before month-end.
• Provide personalized service and resolve queries promptly.
• Support Branch Head in achieving branch business and compliance goals.

2. Ensure desired audit ratings and timely ATR submission in the audit portal.
3. Maintain DWM discipline through daily reporting and adherence to operational standards.
4. Handle exceptions related to KFS upload and CSS creation within defined TAT.
5. Achieve fee-based business targets (MI, HI, AFC) and investment business targets (FD, MF).
6. Deliver loan business targets (PAPQ, Suvidha, Wheels Loan) as per annual plans.
7. Ensure timely PDD updation (RC, Invoice, Insurance) within SLA.Improve QRC resolution within TAT to enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Ensure timely file movement/dispatch to RMC before the 20th of the next month.
9. Provide personalized service to customers and resolve queries promptly.
10. Support Branch Head in achieving overall branch business and compliance objectives.
