Job summary

Majestique Properties Ltd is seeking a CRM Executive / Senior CRM Executive (Female) in Pune to manage the complete customer lifecycle from booking to possession. The role requires real estate CRM experience, excellent communication, and coordination with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Site teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Ideal candidates are female, with 4 to 8 years in Real Estate CRM, MBA is an added advantage, and immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from booking through possession and post-possession support.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with timely resolution.
• Coordinate agreement registration, documentation, and KYC verification.
• Follow up on customer payments, demand letters, and outstanding dues.
• Coordinate with banks for home loan processing and disbursements.
• Work closely with the Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Site teams for smooth customer service.
• Share construction updates, possession schedules, and project communications with customers.
• Prepare possession documentation and coordinate the handover process.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and generate MIS reports.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and timelines.
