Metro Brands Limited is seeking an experienced CRM leader to shape lifecycle and retention programs across its retail and eCommerce brands in Mumbai. You will drive onboarding, frequency, churn, win-back and loyalty journeys; own CRM KPIs; and lead a team focused on segmentation, personalization, analytics and AI-led campaigns.

7–10 years of B2C CRM experience with strong MarTech and commercial skills are required.
