Responsibilities include sourcing seafarers, verifying STCW certificates, arranging travel and medicals, and coordinating with agents and vessel masters. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Crewing/Manning experience.
• Knowledge of DG Shipping rules and visa procedures.
• Experience with crew management software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
