Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking a Credit Support Specialist in Bengaluru to handle PLCC & TPC inquiries and card chargebacks. The role requires 1–3 years of experience and a pragmatic, customer-focused approach. Immediate notice period requested; contract duration is 4 months.

Responsibilities include researching and resolving inquiries, processing chargebacks, and maintaining records. Strong Excel skills and clear communication are essential to collaborate with stores, customers, suppliers, and outside

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
