• Drive process improvement, digitization, and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on technology and business projects.
• Perform portfolio hindsighting and support policy reviews based on business and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Candidates having 2-7 years of experience credit
• MBA-Finance or CA folks with relevant Credit experience .
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets.
• Self-driven, strong communication, go-getter attitude and ability to interact with internal stakeholders.
