Responsibilities

• Lead area underwriting (home loans/LAP and secured retail products) within DOA.
• Review CAMs, financials, banking surrogates, and collateral; conduct field visits for high-risk cases.
• Ensure TAT adherence and reduce reworks through coaching and first-time-right checks.
• Monitor early delinquency/quality of approved portfolio; provide feedback to sales and policy teams.
• Drive PDD/deferral closure within SLA; ensure maker–checker controls and sample QC audits.
• Coordinate with legal/technical/ops for smooth sanction-to-disbursement and risk mitigation.
• Maintain audit readiness and close observations on time; train team on policy changes.
