You will guide analysts, coordinate with business teams to structure compliant proposals, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in SME or large corporate underwriting and a strong finance background.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Credit Underwriting (SME or Large Corporate segment).
• Strong experience in credit appraisal, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring.
• CA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and approve CRANs for SME clients.
• Conduct credit risk assessment and underwriting within delegated authority.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts on financial analysis and credit evaluation.
• Coordinate with business teams to structure proposals in line with risk policies.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signals.
• Ensure compliance with sanction terms, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Review monthly/quarterly portfolio monitoring reports and highlight key risks.
• Handle escalations related to credit and risk assessments and provide resolution.
• Conduct client visits and oversee preparation of inspection reports.

About the Role:
