Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Credit Manager for SME Credit in Mumbai. You will lead credit evaluation, underwriting decisions, and ongoing portfolio monitoring, ensuring adherence to risk frameworks and regulatory guidelines.

You will review CRANs for SME clients, conduct risk assessments, mentor junior analysts, and coordinate with business teams to structure proposals in line with policy. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Credit Underwriting (SME or Large Corporate segment).
• Strong experience in credit appraisal, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve Credit Appraisal Notes (CRANs) for SME clients.
• Conduct detailed credit risk assessment and underwriting decisions within delegated authority.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts on financial analysis and credit evaluation.
• Coordinate with business teams to structure proposals in line with risk policies.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signals.
• Ensure compliance with sanction terms, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Review monthly/quarterly portfolio monitoring reports and highlight key risks.
• Handle escalations related to credit and risk assessments and provide resolution.
• Conduct client visits and oversee preparation of inspection reports.
