Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to develop, monitor, and update credit lending policies in alignment with our credit framework. You will analyze policy impact, draft process notes, and support compliance with ongoing portfolio monitoring and risk assessments.

You will build and maintain credit scoring models, drive digitization, and coordinate with technology and business stakeholders on key projects. Strong analytical ability and stakeholder communication are essential.

Role & responsibilities :

Preferred candidate profile :

• Candidates having understanding on the Working Capital business processes and currently either in the Credit/Product role would be preferred.
• A master's degree in business administration, CA, finance, or a related field, along with relevant years of experience in banking.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets.
• Self-driven, strong communication, go-getter attitude and ability to interact with internal stakeholders.
