Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Credit Policy Analyst in India with 0–2 years of credit experience. You will develop, monitor, and update credit policies, perform analytics, and support risk assessment across portfolios.

The role emphasizes building scoring models, back-testing, and driving digitization and process improvements with internal stakeholders.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in credit.
• CA fresher or experienced with relevant credit experience.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets.
• Self-driven, strong communication, go-getter attitude and ability to interact with internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades
