The role involves preparing CRANs, credit reports, and term sheets, while ensuring disbursements adhere to approved terms and client requirements are understood and resolved efficiently.

• Conduct due diligence and prepare Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN).
• Produce credit reports for review and renewal to assess limitations and issue credit alerts.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Initial screening and structuring of financing deals for commercial real estate
• Working with the internal team (relationship, legal, technical, and operations) to deliver a timely and well-coordinated solution to clients.
• Communication with the client to learn about their finance requirements, organizational structure, and company model. Additionally, continuing information gathering and query resolution
• Due diligence and credit analysis. Creating Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN) to assess borrower, transaction, and underlying security risk and provide preliminary recommendations
• Delivering the plan to the authorities responsible for sanctions
• Creating credit reports for review and renewal in order to check limitations and evaluate them for credit alerts

Making term sheets

• Verifying that disbursements adhere to approved terms.
