Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with WebGL and Three.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with animation libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion.
• Experience with custom shaders and GLSL.
• A portfolio demonstrating interactive websites or creative web-based graphics.
• Comfort working with 3D math (vectors, matrices, camera transformations).
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web rendering.

Responsibilities

• Design and build immersive websites using Three.js, WebGL, GSAP, shaders, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Develop scroll-based animations, cursor-driven interactivity, and mathematics-inspired 3D objects.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, 3D artists, and visual storytellers to translate narratives into interactive experiences.
• Create custom GLSL shaders, particle systems, camera transitions, and real-time transformations.
• Optimize for performance across browsers and devices (desktop and high-end mobile).
• Integrate assets created in Blender, Cinema4D, or Houdini with Three.js/WebGL projects.

Creative WebGL / Three.js Developer (Immersive Web Experiences)

ATULSIA is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled WebGL / Three.js Developer to join our team to build next-generation, interactive, 3D-driven websites that feel more like experiences than pages. You will work at the intersection of art, animation, mathematics, and web technology, creating visually stunning and highly responsive interfaces that respond to scroll, mouse movement, and user interaction with cinematic fluidity.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who is passionate about creative coding, shaders, animation frameworks, and real-time graphics on the web.

Responsibilities

• Design and build immersive websites using Three.js, WebGL, GSAP, shaders, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Develop scroll-based animations, cursor-driven interactivity, and mathematics-inspired 3D objects (e.g., fractals, Fibonacci sequences).
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, 3D artists, and visual storytellers to translate complex narratives into interactive experiences.
• Create custom GLSL shaders, particle systems, camera transitions, and real-time transformations.
• Optimize for performance across browsers and devices (desktop and high-end mobile).
• Integrate assets created in tools like Blender, Cinema4D, or Houdini with Three.js/WebGL projects.
• Use Git, npm, and other modern tooling for development and version control.

Requirements

• Prior work on immersive experiences for brands or creative agencies.
• Familiarity with SVG animations and canvas-based effects.
• Experience in deploying high-performance creative websites on platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Pages.
