Job summary

DGS Group Builders And Developers, a digital studio in Mumbai, seeks an experienced frontend/full-stack developer to own immersive web projects from wireframes to deployment.

You will design 3D/4D experiences using Three.js, Babylon.js, and React-based stacks, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver conversion-focused digital experiences. On-site role in India with a modern tech stack.

Qualifications

• Experience designing immersive, 3D/4D web experiences using WebGL-based toolkits.
• Strong experience with React, Node.js backends and modern frontend stacks.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end with product collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop fully responsive, visually compelling websites integrating 3D/4D interactive models.
• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design from user flows to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Build full-stack web applications using modern frameworks with Node.js/Express or Django backends as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate brand identity and requirements into immersive experiences.
• Optimize website performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility for 3D-heavy interfaces.
• Own project timelines and deliverables with minimal supervision and iterate on feedback.

About The Opportunity

A forward-thinking digital innovation studio operating at the intersection of immersive design, 3D/4D modeling, and full-stack web engineering, we craft next-generation digital experiences that blend aesthetic precision with technical depth. Our team delivers visually rich, interactive websites-from concept to code-using modern frontend frameworks, 3D rendering engines, and backend architectures tailored for performance and scalability. As an independent contributor, you'll own the entire lifecycle of complex web projects from wireframe to deployment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop fully responsive, visually compelling websites integrating 3D/4D interactive models using Three.js, Babylon.js, or similar rendering libraries.
• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design-from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes-ensuring seamless, intuitive navigation and emotional engagement.
• Build full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js) with Node.js, Express, or Django backends as needed.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to translate brand identity and functional requirements into immersive, conversion-optimized digital experiences.
• Optimize website performance, accessibility, and cross-browser/device compatibility- especially critical for 3D-heavy interfaces.
• Own project timelines and deliverables independently with minimal supervision, reporting progress and iterating based on feedback.
