Must-Haves

• 5–8+ years of experience in graphics programming with strong WebGL/Three.js expertise.
• Deep understanding of rendering pipelines, GLSL shaders, PBR, and 3D graphics fundamentals.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with experience building high-performance 3D web applications.
• Hands-on experience with 3D asset pipelines, optimization, and cross-platform performance tuning.
• Ability to debug GPU-related issues and architect custom WebGL-based solutions.
