Confluencr - Global Influencer Marketing Agency seeks a Creative Strategist Trainee to translate ideas into high-performing ads. You’ll work across brands to shape campaigns from ideation to execution and partner with senior strategists, marketers, designers, and creators to drive measurable growth.

You will be responsible for thinking, scripting, creative direction, and strategic clarity behind the work, without hands-on design or editing tasks.
