Job summary

ShareChat is seeking a Creative Producer to drive creative output for Magic Share, bridging creative production and performance marketing. You will write scripts, produce and edit live-action and AI creatives, and craft hooks that convert for paid campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in marketing or creative roles, with hands-on editing skills and familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Remote work option available with cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do?

We're looking for a Creative Producer to drive creative output for Magic Share, a customized status app. You'll sit at the intersection of creative production and performance marketing - writing scripts, producing and editing live-action & AI creatives, writing hooks that convert, and understanding what actually drives results in paid campaigns.

• Write creative copy and concepts tailored to performance marketing
• Produce and edit video & graphic creative assets for marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with designers, production agencies, editors, and marketing stakeholders to ship creatives
• Evaluate creative performance and iterate based on what's working
• Support paid campaigns across Google and Meta ad platforms

Who Are you?

• 2-3 years of experience minimum in a marketing or creative role, ideally both
• Ability to execute and edit creatives end-to-end independently
• Knowledge of AI assisted graphic & video workflows e.g. Veo, HeyGen, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs
• Decent knowledge of video & photo editing e.g. Premiere Pro or Da Vinci Resolve
• Strong creative writing skills with an understanding of what works in performance marketing
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads fundamentals
• Comfortable reading and interpreting basic metrics - CPI, CPR, view-through - and using them to evaluate creative performance
