About the Role

We are looking for a creative, AI-savvy AI-Enabled Promo Producer who can transform simple ideas into scroll-stopping, high-converting video advertisements using generative AI. You will be responsible for conceptualizing promotional campaigns, developing compelling ad scripts, generating AI-powered visuals, and experimenting with creative formats to drive user acquisition and subscriptions. The ideal candidate understands advertising psychology, Indian mass-market audiences, and how to use AI to create impactful promotional content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Ideation & Ad Concepts

• Develop unique, engaging promotional concepts for Master App's video series and campaigns.
• Create attention-grabbing hooks that capture viewers within the first 3 seconds.
• Experiment with emotional, aspirational, curiosity-driven, humorous, and problem-solution advertising formats.
• Research viral ads, competitor campaigns, and emerging creative trends.
• Develop multiple creative angles and variations for each campaign.

2. Ad Scriptwriting & Storytelling

• Write engaging Hindi/Hinglish scripts tailored to Indian audiences.
• Develop strong hooks, persuasive narratives, and effective calls to action.
• Convert product features and content benefits into compelling advertising stories.
• Create multiple script variations for A/B testing.
• Adapt messaging to different audience segments and campaign objectives.

3. Performance-Driven Creative Thinking

• Develop promotional concepts primarily for Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Understand basic advertising metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and hook rate.
• Analyze creative performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop new ad iterations.
• Continuously experiment with new hooks, formats, and messaging.
• Take ownership of promotional concepts from ideation to AI visual generation.
• Prepare scripts, storyboards, visual references, and scene breakdowns.
• Coordinate with video editors and designers for final ad production.
• Ensure promotional creatives align with Master App's brand positioning.
• Deliver high-quality creative assets within campaign timelines.
