Job summary

About the Role

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Creative Manager to lead our Video Production Team . The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing teams of Video Editors, Content Creators, and Graphic Designers , while driving the end-to-end execution of UGC ads, performance marketing creatives, and branded video content . This role requires a strong leader who can ensure high-quality creative output, meet tight deadlines, and optimize production workflows.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the Video Production team, including Video Editors, DOPs, Content Creators influencer marketing interns, and Graphic Designers.
• Oversee the complete production workflow from planning through final delivery.
• Drive the execution of high-performing UGC ads and performance marketing creatives across digital platforms
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Performance teams to ensure timely execution of creative requirements.
• Review video edits and final deliverables to maintain quality, consistency, and brand standards
• Allocate resources, prioritise projects, and ensure the timely delivery of multiple campaigns.
• Establish efficient production workflows and improve team productivity.
• Mentor and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform best practices, and emerging content formats.
• Track creative performance and implement data-driven improvements to maximize campaign results.
