Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, ads, and app promotions.
• Edit videos using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Use AI tools to assist with scripting, visuals, motion, and creative workflows.
• Convert rough ideas or briefs into polished video content.
• Test hooks, pacing, and formats to improve engagement and performance.
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• Strong short-form video editing skills.
• Good understanding of storytelling, hooks, and pacing.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for ideation and scripting, Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, or similar tools.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop.
