Job summary

Masters Union seeks a senior creator/editor who fuses AI-driven directing, editing and social storytelling. You will prompt, generate and assemble complete visual worlds from scripts while cutting precisely, optimizing hooks and retention to maximize engagement.

You will own fast end-to-end post-production, from assembly to final delivery, using AI tools to scale quality and speed across brand campaigns and social formats.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, AI-assisted content production or creator-led content.
• Hands-on experience with AI production tools such as Higgsfield AI, Google Veo, HeyGen and ElevenLabs - not just awareness, but actual output.
• Strong AI prompting skills with the ability to produce consistent, high-quality output from text-to-image and text-to-video models.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects knowledge is a strong plus.
• Strong eye for animation aesthetics, Claymation, 3D motion and graphic-driven storytelling.
• Deep understanding of organic social content - what works on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms, and why.
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, watch time and scroll behaviour, especially the critical first 3 seconds of a video.
• Proven experience creating or editing viral / high-performing videos, with a portfolio that demonstrates real performance.
• Someone who understands that good editing isn't enough - the edit needs to perform.
• Obsessed with speed and shipping - able to move from brief to first cut to feedback to final output at high velocity.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Content and Marketing teams to conceptualize, storyboard and produce video content across social media, brand campaigns, podcasts and digital platforms.
• Owning end-to-end post-production: assembly edit, animation sync, voiceover integration, sound design, colour treatment and final delivery across formats.
• Creating social-first edits designed around hooks, retention, watch time and shareability.
• Using AI video generation tools such as Higgsfield AI, Google Veo and HeyGen to build high-quality visual sequences from scripts and creative briefs.
• Generating and iterating on AI imagery, animated scenes and motion aesthetics, including Claymation-style, 3D and graphic-driven visual storytelling.
• Writing precise, effective prompts for image, video and voice-generation tools, including ElevenLabs, producing on-brief output with minimal rework.
• Building and maintaining a reusable prompt and asset library to accelerate production across recurring content formats.
• Rapidly creating multiple hooks, openings, cuts and creative variations for testing across platforms.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Social and Marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and quality.
• Tracking performance of published content and apply learnings to improve hook rate, retention, completion rate, shares and overall video performance.
• Staying ahead of the AI tools landscape, proactively test emerging tools and recommend ways to make the content pipeline faster, smarter and more scalable.

This is not a routine editing role.

We are looking for someone who is the perfect mix of AI Director + Editor + Social Content Brain - someone who can prompt, generate and build entire visual worlds from a script, but also knows exactly where to cut, what to show first, and how to make someone stop scrolling.

You should be obsessed with speed, understand how organic content actually works on social, and have a track record of creating or editing videos that have gone viral or significantly outperformed benchmarks.

You understand that the first three seconds can make or break a video. You know how to build a hook, create curiosity, maintain retention and make people want to watch till the end.

You'll thrive on tight timelines, move from idea to execution quickly, obsess over every frame and own content end-to-end.
