Job summary

IPL Biologicals Limited is seeking an Executive Creative Design & Video Editing professional with a strong background in video editing and graphic design. You will craft engaging visual stories for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and marketing communications.

You will experiment with editing styles, stay updated with trends, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance workflow while collaborating with marketing and content teams to deliver scroll-stopping content across platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Strong storytelling skills with good pacing, rhythm, and visual composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience designing leaflets, banners, posters, brochures, social media creatives, and other marketing materials.
• Basic knowledge of print production, CMYK/RGB color modes, bleeds, die lines and print specs.
• Experience creating short-form content like Reels and Short videos with high engagement.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging and high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, ads, and brand communications.
• Create marketing collateral for product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, dealer promotions, and branding.
• Transform raw footage into compelling stories with transitions, sound design, motion graphics and color grading.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Design, Marketing, and Content teams for integrated campaigns.
• Develop platform-specific videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Produce reels, shorts, promotional videos, and event highlights.
• Participate in shoots and field visits as required.
• Manage multiple projects with organized files and deadlines.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and explore AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging and high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand communications.
• Create visually appealing marketing communication materials, including leaflets, banners, posters, brochures, standees, digital creatives, and promotional assets.
• Design marketing collateral for product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, dealer promotions, and corporate branding.
• Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories using creative editing, seamless transitions, sound design, motion graphics and color grading.
• Collaborate closely with Social Media, Design, Marketing, and Content teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create platform-specific videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Develop reels, shorts, product films, testimonial videos, event highlights, and trend-based content.
• Participate in product shoots, campaign shoots, and field visits whenever required.
• Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining organized files and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and continuously explore new editing styles, storytelling techniques, and AI-powered workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Strong storytelling skills with an excellent understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience designing leaflets, banners, posters, brochures, social media creatives, and other marketing communication materials.
• Basic knowledge of print production, packaging artwork, pre-press processes, color modes (CMYK/RGB), bleed, die lines, and print specifications.
• Good understanding of motion graphics, sound design, color correction, color grading, and digital content optimization.
• Experience creating engaging short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and advertisements.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality creative work within tight deadlines.
• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to evolving creative trends.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools.
