Tamatar Talent is seeking a hands-on Creative Director to own the visual vision for founder shoots, directing on camera and shaping the mood, lighting, and composition. You will craft the look from concept to final frame and drive an AI-native filmmaking workflow across pre-production, production, and post-production.

You will lead shoots for podcasts, founder content, ad films, and campaigns, ensuring high-impact output and a sharp creative point of view.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on in cinematography and video production.
• Strong command of cameras, lighting, composition, framing, and audio.
• Experience with podcasts, interviews, and studio productions.
• Ability to run a shoot solo from setup to delivery.

1 Line JD - Hiring for a creative director who can lead content for the founder’s channel with creative vision, and set the tone for shoots + edits while owning the output benchmark end to end

About The Job Role

We want a hands-on Creative Director to own the visual vision for our founder shoots. You decide how every frame looks, then pick up the camera and shoot it for the founder’s content and events. You will choreograph each shoot, design the set and staging, direct founder on camera, and own the mood, lighting, and composition. Taste is the job. We want a sharp visual instinct and a clear point of view across podcasts, founder content, ad films, and campaigns, from concept to final frame. Beyond production, you will be expected to build an AI-native filmmaking workflow. This includes leveraging AI tools across pre-production, production, and post-production to increase creative output, speed, and quality. Key Responsibilities

• Creative direction for all founder shoots, concept to final frame.

• Bringing AI video, image, and editing tools into the pipeline and knowing where they speed up or sharpen the work.
• Delivery optimised for every platform and format.Concepting and scripting alongside the marketing and content teams as well as the founder.
• Touring with the founder to shoot on location at live events, conferences, and external shoots.

Skills & Competencies

• Has a strong sense of taste and treats the look of every frame as a top priority.
• Proven ability to direct and stage shoots, not just operate a camera.
• 2+ years hands-on in cinematography and video production.
• Strong command of cameras, lighting, composition, framing, and audio.
• Experience with podcasts, interviews, and studio productions.
• Ability to run a shoot solo, from setup to delivery.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Understanding of AI workflows for production and post-production.
