Job summary

Rigi seeks a Senior Creative Lead in Bengaluru to own the creative engine for AI-powered ads. You will develop high-impact concepts, hooks and scripts for Meta performance ads, and create AI-generated ads end-to-end including visuals, characters, scenes, voice, SFX, music and final edits.

You will lead a team of 3–5 editors, ensure speed, consistency and quality, and translate data such as CTR and CPI into new creative tests and concepts.

• Ability to translate data into clear creative decisions.
• Proven track record leading editors and giving actionable feedback.
