Job summary

FlytBase is seeking a multidisciplinary designer in Pune, India to blend creativity, storytelling, and technical skills into high-impact visuals and brand assets. The role spans websites, social campaigns, print collateral, and merch with daily AI tool usage to ship fast for a global audience.

You’ll own AI-native design, cross-channel execution, and scalable branding systems, collaborating with a high-speed, high-agency team. Pune-based, full-time, 0–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in AI-first design workflows.
• Experience in building scalable brand frameworks and reusable assets.
• Comfortable blending AI + no-code tools to accelerate design, build, and optimize.
• Comfortable across 2D, 3D, motion, and print.
• Strong visual sense: typography, layout, composition, motion.
• Thrive in high-speed, AI-native environments where ownership > titles.
• Portfolio that shows both creativity and execution velocity.
• Experience in video generation and editing is a major plus.

The Role

We’re looking for a designer who sees design as leverage-something that shapes how the world sees us, tells sharper stories, and moves people to act. From websites and social campaigns to print collateral and quirky merch—you’ll shape the way the world sees FlytBase. You’ll jam with AI tools daily, turning rough ideas into sharp executions in hours, not weeks. This isn’t a pixel-pushing role. It’s a high-agency design role where you’ll conceptualize, experiment, and ship to a global audience.

What You'll Own

• AI-Native Design: Use the latest AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, AnimateDiff, Higgsfield, HeyGen, and Veo 2 to generate assets and refine into world-class visuals.
• Multi-Channel Creative: Design across digital (website, social media, decks etc), physical (booths, print collateral etc), and branded merch (stickers, clothing, coasters etc).
• Cross-Functional Translation: Turn complex technical/product narratives into crisp and communicative graphics.
• Enterprise Storytelling: Use product imagery to explain our product in a way that Fortune 500 decision-makers actually get.
• 3D & Motion: Build 3D renders representing various concepts as part of dedicated campaigns.
• Systemized Design: Create reusable frameworks, branded components, and AI design workflows that scale across campaigns.
