Job summary

Urbanbuild Homes in Bengaluru is seeking a passionate design and social media intern to join our marketing team. You will create visuals for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, shoot site progress on Bangalore construction sites, and edit reels and walkthrough videos.

You will plan content calendars, write captions, manage our social pages, and help produce marketing materials like brochures and listing graphics while staying on trend with real estate and home construction.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of design, photo or video work (Behance/Instagram/Drive).
• Based in Bangalore and able to travel to sites.
• Owns a camera or good smartphone is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites in Bangalore to shoot progress, interiors, and walkthroughs.
• Edit short-form reels and project walkthrough videos.

• Create marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and listing graphics.
• Suggest new content ideas based on trends in real estate and home construction.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Designing creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube (posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and ad banners) for Urbanbuild Homes
• Visiting ongoing construction sites in Bangalore to shoot photos and videos of progress, completed homes, interiors, and walkthroughs
• Editing short-form reels, project walkthrough videos, and before/after transformations
• Planning and scheduling the content calendar, and writing captions and hashtags
• Managing our Instagram urbanbuildhomes, Facebook, and YouTube pages, including replying to comments/DMs and tracking post performance
• Creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, WhatsApp creatives, and listing graphics
• Keeping up with design and social media trends and suggesting new content ideas for real estate and home construction

Who can apply

Students/freshers with a portfolio of design, photo, or video work (Behance, Instagram, or Google Drive link). Must be based in Bangalore and able to travel to sites. Owning a camera or a good smartphone is a plus.

Additional information

• Stipend Structure: Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 /month
• Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 /month
• Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 240000 /year
