Shaping Square is seeking an in-office Graphic Design & Motion Graphics Intern in Delhi. You'll craft social media visuals, branding materials and promotional content using the Adobe suite, while developing concepts aligned with client briefs.

Responsibilities include creating motion graphics, editing videos, and producing storyboards. You will collaborate with marketing and content teams, maintain brand consistency, and refine outputs based on feedback.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphics, motion graphics, and video editing work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and asset management basics.

Aufgaben

• Create engaging graphics and social media visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Design branding materials, marketing creatives, banners, brochures, presentations and promos.
• Create motion graphics, animated posts, reels and promo videos using After Effects.
• Edit videos with Premiere Pro including transitions, VFX, text animations and basic audio tweaks.
• Develop concepts and visual ideas based on briefs and client objectives.
• Create storyboards and visual sequences for animation and video production.
• Support video/content team with assets, animations and visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency following brand guidelines across projects.
• Make revisions based on feedback from senior designers and clients.
• Research latest design trends to improve output.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Maintain organized project files for team collaboration.
• Prepare final designs and videos in required formats and sizes for platforms and delivery.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, social media and content teams to execute campaigns.

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create engaging graphics and social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.


2. Design branding materials, marketing creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.


3. Create motion graphics, animated posts, reels, and promotional videos using Adobe After Effects.


4. Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, including transitions, visual effects, text animations, and basic audio adjustments.


5. Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on campaign briefs, brand requirements, and client objectives.


6. Create storyboards and visual sequences for animation and video production projects.


7. Support the video and content team by preparing design assets, animations, and other visual elements.


8. Maintain brand consistency and follow brand guidelines across all creative and video projects.


9. Make revisions and improvements based on feedback from senior designers, creative directors, and clients.


10. Research the latest design trends, motion graphics styles, and video editing techniques to improve creative output.


11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.


12. Maintain proper file organization, project folders, and editable source files for smooth team collaboration.


13. Prepare final designs, animations, and videos in the required formats and sizes for digital platforms and client delivery.


14. Collaborate with the creative, marketing, social media, and content teams to execute campaigns effectively.
