Job summary

Social Smiths, a Mumbai-based full-service creative marketing agency for real estate, is offering an in-office internship. You will onboard creators for a major launch, review reels for compliance, and maintain live status in Google Sheets while supporting post-launch activity.

The role requires Mumbai-based applicants with availability for the full 16 Oct–13 Nov period, including weekends. Stipend ranges from ₹11,000 to ₹17,000 per month with informal dress code and a certificate on completion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed studies in marketing, mass media or related field.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and Excel.
• Willingness to work full period including weekends in Mumbai.

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to real estate and lifestyle creators on Instagram and onboard them for a large-scale launch campaign
2. Brief creators and review their reels against a checklist (RERA number, disclosure tags, brand guidelines)
3. Track every creator's status, drafts, and post links in a live Google Sheet
4. Support our launch-day control room on 23 October and the follow-up posting waves after it

Duration:

16 October to 13 November. Two shifts available (9:30 am to 3:30 pm or 3 pm to 10 pm), 6 days a week, including weekends.

Who can apply:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Oct'26 and 19th Nov'26
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. are from Mumbai only
5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:

INR₹ 11,000 - 17,000 /month
