The Experience Co. in Bengaluru seeks a Creative & Content Strategist to shape the day-to-day social content for Bucketlist and BHX Project across Instagram, LinkedIn, and future channels. You will turn customer insights into sharp briefs and ensure work is delivered with clarity and craft.
You will own the content plan, write hooks and captions, and guide designers and editors. Collaboration with a video editor and the performance team will help the brand grow authentically.
The destination is the backdrop. The people are the point.
Bangalore · Full-time · In office, Monday to Friday
ExCo is the company behind Bucketlist and BHX Project.
We started ExCo because travel gets far more interesting when the people around you are interesting too. Some people met on an edition and became close friends. Some started companies, projects or collaborations together. Many stayed part of the community years after coming home.
Bucketlist builds international adventures where the group matters as much as the place. BHX Project is India's first creative residency: a brain vacation for founders, creators, artists, leaders and builders to step away from routine, exchange ideas and make things that did not exist before.
We are hiring a Creative & Content Strategist to decide what ExCo should say across social, turn real customer insight into content, and make sure the work gets made well.
You will own the day-to-day content strategy for Bucketlist and BHX Project across Instagram, LinkedIn and the channels we choose to build next.
The Head of Marketing will set the larger marketing direction. Your job is to turn that direction into sharp ideas, useful briefs and a social presence that feels alive- not like a travel catalogue with trending audio pasted on top.
You will spend time with the things customers actually say: sales calls, DMs, applications, traveller stories, objections and questions. You will turn those into content that helps the right people understand ExCo, trust us and take the next step.
You will not need to write every caption or edit every reel. But you must be able to write, sharpen a hook, fix a weak script and explain why a draft is not working.
You will work closely with the Creative Producer, designer and video editor. The strategist decides what the content needs to do. The producer makes sure the people, footage, files and dates exist to get it done.
You have run social or content for a brand before and can show what changed because of your work.
You can point to content you shaped, explain the insight behind it and show what happened after it shipped.
You know the difference between a trend worth using and a trend that makes the brand look like everyone else.
You can read performance without hiding behind vanity metrics. You want to know why one post travelled, why another died and what that means for the next week.
You write clearly. You can turn a messy idea into a clean hook, a useful brief or a script another person can execute.
You are organised enough to run a live calendar across multiple brands, but you do not confuse calendar management with strategy.
You use AI to clear repetitive work, find patterns and explore options. You keep the final judgement for yourself.
Experience in travel, community, lifestyle, media or consumer brands is useful but not required.
The compensation will reflect the experience and responsibility you bring, and we will discuss it openly in the first conversation.
