Palettier is seeking a Creative AI Content Generation Artist in Mumbai to bridge aesthetics with technical AI prompts. You will generate product images, ensure consistency across categories, and export assets for e-commerce with strict QA checks.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in product/fashion photography or related fields, a strong eye for light, color and composition, and advanced Photoshop retouching skills, plus an online portfolio demonstrating AI-driven content.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating content creation using AI in fashion/product/editorial spaces.
• 2+ years of experience in product/fashion photography, Hi-fashion styling, 3D rendering, interior design, or technical illustration.
• Advanced AI prompting skills.
• Strong QA mindset with attention to technical accuracy.
• Intermediate to advanced Photoshop retouching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate AI product images for various product categories using advanced prompting techniques.
• Meet daily image generation targets while minimizing regeneration efforts.
• Maintain consistency across product categories while adapting to category-specific requirements.
• Prepare and export final assets at the required specifications for e-commerce delivery.
• Quality Assurance: identify technical faults, proportion issues, and physical inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
• Evaluate spatial relationships, scale accuracy, and realistic object placement in AI-generated scenes.

About the RolePalettier is a bespoke AI visual studio for retail brands. We produce studio-quality imagery and videos.We are looking for a Creative AI Content Generation Artist who combines a strong visual eye with technical proficiency in AI prompting. This is a production-focused role at the core of what Palettier delivers. This role covers two core functions:

Image Generation:

AI prompt engineering and image generation

Quality Assurance:

Technical validation, artifact identification, and quality assurance

Key Responsibilities

Generate AI product images for various product categories using advanced prompting techniquesMeet daily image generation targets while minimizing regeneration effortsMaintain consistency across product categories while adapting to category-specific requirementsPrepare and export final assets at the required specifications for e-commerce deliveryQuality Assurance Identify technical faults, proportion issues, and physical inaccuracies in AI-generated contentEvaluate spatial relationships, scale accuracy, and realistic object placement in AI-generated scenesEnsure product dimensions, materials, and functional elements are correctly representedIdentify and flag common AI artifacts including distorted geometry, impossible physics, incorrect shadows/reflections, and material inconsistencies

Collaboration and Process

• Collaborate with team leads/Art Directors to maintain quality standards for AI-generated content
• Work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI model outputs for product accuracy

Essential

• Have an available online portfolio
• Knowledge of light, color and composition
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Photography, Interior Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in either product/fashion photography, Hi-fashion styling, 3D rendering, Interior design, or technical illustration
• Portfolio demonstrating content creation using AI in fashion /product/ editorial related spaces
• Advanced AI prompting skills
• Strong QA mindset with attention to technical accuracy
• Intermediate to advanced Photoshop retouching capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI image generation tools and prompting
• Good understanding of image Retouching workflows
• Experience working with quality assessment processes within content creation pipelines
• Ability to work with content management systems
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop /Lightroom /Illustrator)
• Certifications in an AI related field would be good to have
