Job summary

ESGA is seeking an AI Creative Designer in India to transform briefs into production-ready image and video content using GenAI tools. You will craft visuals, polish edits, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines across campaigns.

You will build efficient workflows for rapid iterations, stay updated with the latest GenAI tools, and actively contribute to creative storytelling through visuals and motion.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality AI-generated image and/or video work.
• Ability to take a concept from brief to production-ready output with minimal guidance.
• Strong hands-on experience with GenAI image and video tools such as Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Veo, Kling, ComfyUI, or similar.
• Strong grasp of composition, lighting, color, motion, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency with image and video editing tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Ability to iterate rapidly while maintaining consistency, quality, and brand guidelines.

Prerequisites
