Job summary

Delnie is seeking a Content Producer who specializes in AI-assisted imagery, video, copy, and voice to deliver campaigns at scale. This role is not prompt-typing; it requires taste, systems, and the ability to ship production-ready output.

You will build repeatable pipelines, own the tool stack and budget, ensure brand-consistent outputs, and collaborate with designers and marketers to integrate AI into workflows. You will also document capabilities and flag licensing or likeness risks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years producing content professionally, with at least one year using AI tooling in client or brand work.
• Portfolio showing shipped AI-assisted work, with an honest account of what was generated and what was hand-finished.
• Hands-on with current image, video, and voice generation tools, and fluent in what each is actually good for.
• Real design or editing skill — you can finish output in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent.
• Strong written English and the judgment to rewrite AI copy rather than ship it as-is.
• Clear-eyed about the limits: you can tell when generated work looks cheap, and you say so.
• Aware of the legal and ethical terrain - licensing, likeness, provenance, disclosure.

We want someone whose whole job is producing content with AI tooling - image, video, copy, voice - at a volume and quality that would be uneconomic any other way.

This is a Creative Studio role serving Delnie and our clients, and it is explicitly not a prompt-typing job. The hard part is taste and systems: knowing when the AI output is good enough to ship, when it makes the work look generic, and building repeatable pipelines the rest of the studio can use.

Note: this is distinct from the Favhiker content role, which owns one product's channels end to end. This role works across brands.
