Aufgaben

• Interfaces with customers via toll-free and online platforms and escalates as applicable
• Collates key customer data and wishes them on special occasions
• Makes random calls to customers to check product satisfaction levels
• Tracks leads generated by social media marketing/ATL-BTL promotions
• Verifies leads and creates leads in CRM for the sales team
• Shares brochure and other content with prospective customers
• Allocates specific lead to the appropriate sales person for conversion and communicates the same
• Collates lead data for approval of the state head
• Tracks customer interface through influencer meets, electrician meets: assists in coordination of the meet and verifies authenticity of the data
• Checks customer feedback and updates CRM system
• Performs inventory tracking and distribution of POS materials
• Participates in cross-functional improvement projects
• Keeps self updated through continuous learning and responds to changing business requirements

• To track leads generated by social media marketing/ ATL-BTL promotions, contact the customer and communicate specific lead to the appropriate sales person
• To track lead creation through CRM by sales personnel on the ground
• To track customer interface through influencermeets, electrician meets and verify through customer feedback and random verification through visits

Job Responsibilities

• Interfaces with customers through the following initiatives:
  • Addresses all queries raised by customers through toll free call and other online platforms and escalates as applicable
  • Collates key customer data and wishes them on special occasions
  • Makes random calls to customers to check product satisfaction levels
• Tracks lead generated by social media marketing/ ATL-BTL promotions
  • Tracks toll free calls
  • Tracks social media-FB, Insta, Linkedin, You Tube, India mart, Website
• Provides inputs on leads to impact conversion
  • Verifies leads and creates lead in CRM for the sales team
  • Share brochure and other content with prospective customer
  • Allocates specific lead to the appropriate sales person for conversionand communicates the same
• Collates lead data for approval of the state head
• Tracks customer interface through influencermeets, electrician meets:
  • Assists in coordination of the meet, if applicable
  • Collates data generated by these meets and verifies authenticity of the same
  • Checks customer feedback and updates CRM system
• Takes responsibility for proper distribution of POS materials:
  • Assists in inventory management by checking the utilisation
  • Tracks distribution of POS as per allocation
• Participates in improvement projects involving cross functional collaboration
• Keeps self, updated through continuous learning and critical exposure to contribute to current and future business imperatives
• Performs all such duties required for this role as per the changingbusiness requirements and strategic objectives of the Organisation
