Job summary

Conneqtion Group is seeking a dynamic Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience and production support capabilities. You will configure SCM modules, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with clients to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, testing, RCA, and coordination with Oracle Support, with opportunities to work on multiple modules and cross-functional processes in client environments.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SCM Modules including P2P, ADVP, INV, OM, GOP, Costing.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle Cloud SCM Certification is a significant plus.
• Ability to work in Ahmedabad or Bangalore offices.
• Experience across multiple modules and cross-functional processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• 1–2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
• Experience in AMS / Support projects and knowledge of integrations with Oracle or third-party apps.

Responsibilities

• Support full-lifecycle implementations with requirements, gaps, and To-Be design.
• Configure SCM modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Costing.
• Configure AI agents via AI Agent Studio.
• Perform SIT/UAT and provide L2/L3 production support.
• Conduct RCA for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs as needed.
• Manage P2T refresh activities and post-update validation after quarterly releases.
• Troubleshoot integrations (OIC/FBDI) and reporting issues (BIP/OTBI).

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant with a strong background in both end‑to‑end implementations and production support. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules and a proven track record of delivering scalable supply chain solutions. You will be responsible for configuring modules, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring seamless business operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full‑lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, and "To-Be" process design.
• Perform documentation and hands‑on configuration of SCM Modules like Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Costing.
• Perform hands‑on configurations of AI Agents through AI Agent Studio.
• Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for production issues, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring functional issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs when required.
• Manage P2T (Production-to-Test) refresh activities and post‑update validation after Oracle quarterly releases.
• Collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot integrations (OIC/FBDI) and reporting issues (BIP/OTBI).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SCM Modules: P2P – Procurement, ADVP – Advanced Procurement (Sourcing & Contracts) , INV – Inventory, OM Order Management, GOP – Global Order Promising, Costing
• Excellent communication skills for client‑facing interactions and stakeholder management.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM modules is a significant plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment in Ahmedabad or Bangalore.
• Ability to work on multiple modules and cross‑functional processes
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
