Job summary

Tiger Analytics in Bengaluru is seeking a CPG Growth Lead to articulate Tiger's capabilities across the CPG value chain, collaborating with account management and clients to translate business requirements into actionable solution POVs. You will work with data science and engineering SMEs to develop proposals and standard offerings.

The role involves leading proposal creation, conducting client analyses, shaping GTM for new offerings, and exploring GenAI accelerators within engagements.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
• Ability to write clear Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Account and Business Development teams for creating solutions, PoVs for RFP responses
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and understanding their challenges
• Orchestrate the overall Proposal creation process and develop solutioning for client’s problem statements with help of SMEs
• Consolidate and validate the project plan, team structure and overall effort/cost estimation for any proposal
• Conduct required secondary research to support the proposal creation process and comparison of Tiger solution with existing products/solutions available in the market
• Interact with project teams to understand high impact problems that are being solved through AI based solutions
• Identify the solutions that can be developed as standard offerings and taken to multiple customers and own the creation and GTM for those offerings
• Identify opportunities to embed Agentic AI/GenAI accelerators into client engagements and proposals
• Oversee development of solutions demo/prototypes in collaboration with SMEs in Data Science & Engineering
• Contribute to enhancing CPG domain competency within the organization by leading focus groups, taking trainings

About the Role:

As CPG Growth Lead, you will be responsible for understanding, articulating, and showcasing Tiger Analytics’ capabilities in solving complex business problems across the CPG Value Chain. You will work closely with the account management team and clients to understand the business requirements and develop a suitable solution POV. This will require collaboration with colleagues working on different client programs as well as Technical teams comprising of Data Science and various Engineering SMEs. You will support initiatives to create impactful solution proposals and ‘point of views’ for CPG Analytics use cases. On a typical work day, you could be doing one or more of the following
