Job summary

ARi Global in Chennai, India seeks a seasoned Product Owner with 5+ years in enterprise software and a focus on search platforms. You will translate AI and search strategies into clear user stories, collaborate with engineering teams, and align stakeholders on product vision.

Experience with Coveo or similar platforms, strong communication, and a solid grasp of Agile lifecycles are essential. Familiarity with SaaS, e-commerce discovery, and cross-team collaboration is highly valued.

• Define clear acceptance criteria for new search interfaces and analytics dashboards.
• Contribute to product documentation and training for new feature rollouts.

5+ years in product ownership or delivery-focused roles within enterprise software and experience managing configuration for Coveo, or another related search platform. (Coveo preferred) Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering Experience working with stakeholders for search platforms to implement best practices. Excellent communication skills Experience in Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and translating complex AI requirements into clear user stories. Experience with Cross-team collaboration and the ability to align developers, designers, and managers. Deep understanding of SaaS, e-commerce product discovery, or customer service ecosystems (like Salesforce and SAP).

Roles and Responsibilities

Manages, refines, and prioritizes the product backlog, transforming high-level search and AI strategies into clear user stories for development. Work closely with agile engineering teams during sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews to deliver search features on time. Acts as the primary bridge between business executives, and technical teams to ensure alignment on product vision. Establishes clear acceptance criteria for new search interfaces, indexing pipelines, and analytics dashboards.
